This is what Lauren said about planning the party-“When Bird’s Party magazine asked me to submit a party to them I was delighted and knew exactly what direction I wanted to go in for their summer issue. Summer makes me think of beaches and bright happy colors. I decided to style a setup using the song Yellow Polka Dot Bikini as the inspiration. I incorporated adorable baby models on the beach and used an exclusively yellow color palette. This was one of the most fun themes I’ve done to date and an awesome way to usher in the summer season!”
